Delivery and Returns



Grip & Go Glass Bottles is operated and run by Working Project Limited (United Kingdom Company Reg. Number: 08507498). This Delivery & Refund Policy was last updated on 24 May 2018.




We are proud of our packaging as well as the strength and quality of our bottles, so we know that when we post a bottle it will arrive in perfect condition almost every time. However, if anything does happen, rest assured that we will correct any problem immediately at no additional cost to you.



All purchases completed by using our standard delivery service are sent out using a 3-5 day delivery service. Our standard shipping service uses Royal Mail & Parcelforce and services from couriers found on Parcel2Go. Please don’t provide P.O. Box addresses as these are not accepted delivery destinations through our standard delivery services. From time to time we may use other providers for delivery.



We are able to send parcels out on a next day delivery service. You can choose this service from within the Checkout page. For next day delivery services we use Royal Mail, Parcelforce and services from couriers found on Parcel2Go. Only orders made prior to the 12 noon cut-off will be sent next day. From time to time we may choose to remove or “turn off” the next day delivery service. From time to time we may wish to use other providers for delivery.



You can choose to have your order delivered to an address other than your billing address, such as your place of work or to a friend or relative. Simply change the delivery address to an alternative delivery address during your checkout or within PayPal’s payment gateway. We are not able to change the delivery of an address once your order has been processed for dispatch.



Once your order has been processed for dispatch, we will send you a confirmation email informing you that it is on its way to you. If you are not in when your parcel arrives, our delivery partners may decide to leave your order in a “safe place” or leave a card with details of how to collect your order or how to arrange a re-delivery.



We think that you’ll be totally satisfied with your glass bottle/s, but, if there is  anything you are not completely happy with, you can make use of our no quibble returns service. Just send the bottle back within 10 working days and have your money back in full. If you’ve changed your mind, then just return it to us and we will refund your purchase in full.


REFUND (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.


MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)

If you have not received an expected refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

EXCHANGES (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged or what was received does not match your order.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and send your item to: Grip & Go Glass Bottles, 10 Owen Close, Fareham, Hampshire, United Kingdom, PO16 7GZ.



If you have changed your mind or just don’t like the bottle, you will need to arrange postage back to us – we will not reimburse you for any returned postage costs in this case. If there is a fault or the bottle is damaged, we ask that you to contact us and discuss the issue and we will arrange a solution.
